|Recommended: YesReliable And Friendly — We love everything about the community It's well maintained, When we need something fixed it happens right away, and we love the fast snow removal. We have lived in many apartments across three different states and this has been the most enjoyable.

|Recommended: YesCarpet Renewal — As Renaissance APT. residents, we are very happy with our carpet renewal. Roger and the maintenance team did such a great job from moving furniture, removing old carpets, and painting walls.

|Recommended: YesThe Patio Homes Are Beautifuly Designed With Many Amenities In A Nice Home. — I enjoy living here at Renaissance Apartments. It looks like a private home community. It is a perfect size for a rental community. Residents here know their neighbors Many other rentals are much too big and impersonal.

We like to include all amenities and perks into our sticker price such as Turbo Speed wireless internet, Cable TV (92 channels), water and a washer/dryer appliances just to name a few. That's about a $192 value that we happily include. We have many more services and amenities and want to make sure you are aware of them all so that you may take advantage of everything Renaissance Place has to offer you.
