|Recommended: YesBest Place To Live In Williamsville — We truly enjoyed living here. Rob and the rest of the community staff have always been extremely helpful and supportive. The maintenance team is excellent, prompt, professional, and reliable. The community is very clean, well-maintained, and quiet. We have created many wonderful memories here and are grateful for such a positive living experience.

|Recommended: YesIdeal Luxury Apartments — Move here Highly recommend Was referred by a resident last September, and wanted to move by April 2025. Saw the apartments in their website, and then an in person tour. Jessica helped enormously with the showing, that was a first floor apt, ant the time and I immediately signed up and she made registration, wait-list sign-up, deposit, request for upstairs apt etc so easy
Kristen called in January that I can move in April She was so helpful, and still is
We LOVE our apartment. EXACTLY as shown per our requests, i.e. upstairs unit 2 bedroom with a den, attached garage, modern, spotless and still the coveted Williamsville East school district with wegmans target kohls right next door as well as all Transit Road has to offer. Super prompt and still kind in all communications since, same for the friendly property maintenance staff and supervisor. The portal makes all payments communications etc a cinch. Immaculate pool, gym and entertaining area to rent, too. Family and pet-friendly. Wonderful

|Recommended: YesI wanted to leave a review based on our recent experience getting our carpet replaced in all 3 bedrooms. It was quite disruptive, but we were allowed to do one room at a time. Rob was great coming out before the carpet installers to remove the old carpet. Kristin pitched in to help bring in the very long and heavy carpet needed for our master bedroom. Renaissance is very lucky to have Rob and Kristin as employees.

|Recommended: YesOur Home ❤️ — We live in Renaissance Apartments and are very happy here. The apartment is spacious, bright, and cozy, providing excellent living conditions for our family. The neighbors are friendly and kind, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and comfortable. While there are a few minor issues, they are insignificant compared to everything the complex has to offer. We’re truly glad to call Renaissance Apartments our home.

|Recommended: YesWonderful — My 86 year-old mother moved here this summer and the staff and people in the community have been fabulous. Her apartment is perfect and any small issues have been addressed immediately. The residents in the neighborhood have been so kind and friendly and helpful to her as well. The location is incredibly convenient and the property is always clean and well-maintained. It truly is a community. It was a great decision for her.

|Recommended: YesHighly Recommend — Property staff and maintenance staff work very well. Super popular apartment among this area and everyone want to live here I'm satisfied and appreciate their efforts. However, naughty people are living here as well. For instance, sometimes noisy cars drive around the apartment area at midnight and it disturbs our sleep. In addition, many people drive fast in the apartment area. I want apartment staff to look around the property at least during the daytime and pay attention. Thank you.

|Recommended: YesDetails In Poor Condition. — One comment is They did not review before giving us the apt. the following details 1. the state of the kitchen drawers, completely ripped out, due to rotting of the front wood. 2. the state of the balcony, the problem that it floods when it rains, and the dust, cobwebs, and dirt that was everywhere. 3. The garage, with a lot of dust, we had to clean it... Its door was hit in different places, and the final part of the door was in poor condition.
