The maintenance team of Roger and Matt have always been there when we need them and have gone out of their way to be sure we are happy with their work. Our spacious 3-bedroom apartment with an attached garage is perfect for us. Our patio faces the courtyard and we enjoy watching the kids play at the playground and basketball court. We use the exercise room and pool and look forward to the resumption of the summer picnics and Christmas parties. We like to grill on our small propane grill and do not mind having to store the tanks in a designated place on property. This complex is located near all the shops and restaurants on Transit Road and walking distance to Kohl's, Target, Wegman's and Lowe's. The ORA award is presented by J Turner Research , an independent market research firm exclusively focused on the multifamily industry.
